- Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately, and we cannot accept cancellations or modifications after submission.
- Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
Since all items are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
To submit a claim:

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Packages
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments
- If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the package may be returned to the facility.
- You will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
- Unclaimed shipments are also returned to the facility, and reshipping fees apply.
